Bricktown and Danger

My Daddy went on a free trip to DC
and Auntie M. brought us to visit Bricktown.

We had fun walking around down there.

There were ducks to not feed
and sonic drinks to buy.

The best part by far was the splash park on the way out.

Then we drove back to Auntie M's house
where she tried to get more pictures of E.

E. however was only interested in moving away from the camera.

She also was very interested in walking barefoot on the wooden deck.

E. enjoyed the double danger possibilities--falling into the pit
where the swimming pool once was
or splinters (just like cousin Silas).

Auntie M. was faced with quite a dilemma--
take pictures or save E. from tumbling off the deck.

I noticed this sign--so I do not know why she was concerned.

There was a lovely sunset to end the day over the wheat field.
