More Randomness from Kansas

My Cousin Anna had some really cool toys. Look it is Thomas the tank engine with a face that lights up.

Cousin Anna's train set. That is Silas behind me.

I still can smile brilliantly.

At my uncle Matthew's house we got to all sit on his bed and watch TV.

This is my demonstration for Anna on the finer points of this particular toy animal.

I am showing Anna some fast moves these plastic animals can make...

Kansas--Random Photos

Here I am holding my cousin Joella. Isn't she cute?

Here I am hugging my cousin Silas. He seemed surprised.

It was snowing when we arrived in Kansas but it was too cold to play in the snow.

Here I am with my Daddy posing in the snow--we were both very cold.

My cousins like to watch a show called Peep on the computer.

My cousin Anna liked to dance and here I am dancing with her. She said we were playing Beauty and the Prince--which maybe has something to do with Beauty and the Beast.

Kansas Birthday

Here I am in Kansas celebrating being 3.

My Mom made a very similar cake for the occasion.

At this celebration there were lots of cousins.

My Cousin Silas wanted to not only help me open my presents he seemed to want my presents...I had to tell him no a lot.

My Aunt Linda got me this cool shirt from Greensburg.

(We drove through Greensburg while we were in Kansas--my Mommy bought me a cookie there and Mommy cried--I don't know why.)

These are the people who celebrated me in Kansas: In the back is: Uncle Matthew, Aunt Linda, Grandma Joan, Grandpa Marion, Daddy and me. In the front is: Cousin Anna, Aunt Betsy, Cousin Cephas, Aunt Shannon, Cousin Joella on Aunt Shannon's lap, Cousin Silas and Cousin Jarius.

LA Train Station

We waited for a train in Union Station in L.A. There were lots of people and my Mom told me to not talk to them--which seemed odd to me.

In the background is one of my many fans...she is a lady from Texas who talked to me about her grandkids with red hair...behind her was a film crew making a comercial for Philadelphia Cream Cheese...I am not sure why they did not want me in the commercial.

Here I am with my Daddy in the old seats--I wonder how long they have been there and who sat in them before we came along...

Train! Train! Train!

We took a long trip on a train. Here I am posing in front of it.

Here I am running next to it at one of the stops...sometimes they stop the train to let you go outside

Here I am at a table inside the train.

There were lots of things to see out of the window.

Here is the train outside of the window... we were on a big curve.

My Daddy and I read together and I met lots of new friends.
We went by some beautiful beaches.

I also slept on the train. It was pretty comfortable.

Birthday Bash at Home

We had a little party to celebrate my 3rd birthday.

My Dad tried to put on a hat but did not know it did not go on his ears...what can a little guy do?

Here I am posing with my cake.

Here were the people who came to celebrate me.
back row: Phil (Oren's grandpa--his Mommy's Daddy), Judy (Oren's Grandma--his Daddy's Mom), Second Cousin Amanda, Great Uncle Ted, Great Aunt Cass, Daddy, Linda (Oren's Grandma--his Mommy's Mom), Tobin, Vinci (Oren's Mommy), front row: Grandpa Ed, Grandma Sybil, me, Nanna, Pappa, Shawn (Oren's Daddy) and Oren.
People brought presents and Oren helped me open them.

The biggest package was this easel--but Dad would not just open it up for me--I did not understand why...

My Grandpa and Uncle Ted opened the easel box--the easel was in pieces and I helped them put it together.

Once my easel was together I started drawing pictures.

I am really happy with my easel.
