Aquarium

We went to the an aquarium with a beautiful view of the sea.

Add ImageUpon entering the lobby I was asked roll up my sleeves
to touch some sort of sea creature.

E. just got to watch.

Then it was off to a room where I was given a mission.

Aunt Linda and I worked hard to accomplish our goals.

Then we went past this room where...

splash--we were surrounded by a wave.

Someone offered to take a picture of us all.

I tried to make friends with a shark...

and a flounder.

We all enjoyed the otters playing in the sun.

There were little aquariums...

and the kelp forest...

then the magnificent Jellies.

What a lovely place.

San Francisco

We spent one day in San Francisco with Aunt Linda.
We got to take a train named BART.

E. and Daddy were with us on the train.

On our way down to this place--
Daddy could not get on the trolley car with us because it was so full.

We ate at a place
where you can see the Sea Lions from the restaurant.

Then we looked for Daddy but did not find him.

Linda and I had a great time...

I touched star fish.

Looked at a submarine.

Thought about riding the cable cars.

Wondered what happened to Daddy and E.

Humboldt

Aunt Linda came to see us in the end of March--
we got into our van and took a road trip.
Our first stop was the Humboldt Redwoods State Park.

There were a lot of trees to look up at
and below--no ferns.

E. was happy in the forest.

It did rain the whole time--so it was hoods up.

E. and I fell asleep on the Avenue of the Giants.

We both woke up once we were on
the carsick inducing road aka highway 1.
E. had to change her outfit after she projectile vomited all over
herself, Mommy, her car seat, and the van.

On the bright side--E. chose a beautiful spot to get sick.

Random RKL Record

A. and RKL did not stay for long.

Cousin A. reads the funnies.

E. offers a book in hopes that someone will read to her.

Isn't she sweet?
