Tour Thru Tree

I took A. to one of my favorite spots.

I think it is one of E.'s too.

Mommy got a group shot where I am the center of attention.
(It is hard to pull focus from the amazing trees--but I try.)

K. loved the trees.

Uncle M. was nice enough to let K. get up close to the trees.

We found a tree to pose inside.

We are in front of a spot I like to throw rocks--
but no rocks this time.

A. and I started climbing on the massive downed trees.

We had never done it before and it was fun!

At Aunt B's request we tried something new...

we drove through a tree!

Then we walked through the tree.

Then we posed in front of the tree we drove
through!

FANTASTIC!

Pastries Play

While I was asleep one night A, K, Aunt B, and Uncle M
came for a visit--
which of course required a trip to DC without me.

K. has become a citizen.

I took A. to enjoy my favorite tacos.

A. and I enjoyed my playground.

Pregnant Aunt B. enjoyed beating Uncle M. at horse.

We took everyone to Costco.

(If only we could have fit the moose into the cart--
it might have been the best night in Costco history.)

So glad A. came to spend time with me.

Terrific Two

E. enjoyed her second birthday at the beginning of March.
She got a balloon from F.M.

We did not have a big party but Mommy did make her a cake.

I think she enjoyed it.

She read a little Dr. Seuss to herself.

We had some beautiful end of Winter days.

E. discovered she loves to slide.

We did some posing in the sun.
I think Two is going to be terrific!

The floor in our kitchen
was replaced to celebrate E.'s milestone.

I know everyone will miss the white linoleum,
but I think I might be able to get used to the new look.
