Mercurial Monument

While visiting my Grandma we took a day trip to
Mount St. Helens.
This is the valley right below it.

Here we are right in front of the great volcano.
Wow is it beautiful!

I really enjoyed learning about the volcano.
There is a neat place we stopped that explains everything...
not that I understood it all
but enjoyed the animal coloring pages I got.

Here is Daddy looking at the volcano with E.
Even after 30 years--it is amazingly barren.

There is an interesting hike there...
