Celebrating 5

E. was very upset when she found out there
was a party for me.

I had a birthday cake with candles on the special
kid table.

After a while
all the candles were out.

People still ate their cake.

Then I opened presents.

I gave thank you hugs for gifts received.

E. cheered up when she saw me in my new bike helmet.

It did not last.
Usually--we do a group shot here--but not this year.

January Juncture

My Mom continues to try and get some good pictures
with her new camera.

We went to the playground when we could see some sunshine.

Mostly we were inside because of the bad air--
something to do with inversion/fog/particulates
and colds.

Someday there will be cute pictures of us with E. smiling.

Lithia in Winter

We discovered that you cannot take your dog into Lithia park.

We walked along the edge and posed by new places
I had never been before.

We left Bear in our van and went to play in the playground.

Since E. was immobile--
it was photo shoot time.

Grandpa and I played on the big spider web.

I visited my uppity duck friends.

New Year Begins

January arrived and Grandpa Ed was still here.

E. and I did some reading together.

E. made sure she got some time with Papa and Nana.

E. is getting better at smiling
when the camera comes out.

We haven't really gotten better at posing together.

E. keeps getting bigger.
(If only she had a better photographer.)
