April Amusement

I am not sure if you can pick me out of the crowd...
here I am in my Spring program.

As you can tell no one has realized my
star power yet---but it just a matter of time.

Between days of rain--we have had a few beautiful days
in April.

We decided to take advantage of one of those gorgeous days
Outdoor seating, lovely view...

This picture is nothing like our actual hike...

Up ahead is Daddy pushing E.'s stroller
with Bear on a leash attached to it.

There were some lovely views of this snow capped peak.

Eventually, my camera crew will figure out how to get a better shot of
a mountain peak in the background.

 There is E...

 Me in a forced pose.

 Really we love hiking!

This is the kind of pose I find extremely gratifying.

Yes--E. likes to chew on her clothes.
I have told her it is yucky--yet she persists.

We walked all the way around the mountain.

I  was cranky by the end.
gorgeous view...isn't it?

Easter Egg Exploration

Easter was spent in a familiar place.

 E. and I searched for eggs as is the custom.

The custom I did not know about was Daddy
helping E.

Don't worry I have it all under control...

Even with Daddy's help and assistance...

...I still had more eggs in the end.

 We counted all our eggs.

Then we shared our spoils with all.

Yes--I love sugar but I love being generous as well.

There was a moment for a group photo...

We went home to rest up for an evening egg hunt
with O. and T. at their Grandma's house.

There Daddy is still helping E.

There is nothing like an egg hunt under trees.

I know Easter is all about Jesus--but I am thankful for the Easter eggs.
He is risen indeed!

Evermore Easter Eggs

01-blogjeodadoffice

This picture does not have anything to do with Easter

or Eggs.  Sometime between A. leaving and Easter we had lunch in my Daddy’s office

(I gather from what my Mom says--that people do not want to see

my tongue.  Really—you would rather see a smile?)

03-blogjeoeloseeeds

This is that same day we had lunch with my Daddy.

E. and I went to buy seeds to plant in our garden.

(Why—yes that is a list on pink paper.)

Finally, Here I am with the Eggs…

I did a lot with stickers this year.

06-blogeloeggs

E. also painted Easter Eggs.

She also painted her tongue…

and her hands.

04-blogredhanded

Mommy painted her hands first.

(I know what your thinking so I’ll go ahead and say it,

“I caught her red handed.”)

Daddy of course painted a few eggs himself.

(Now look at those walls in the background—that is what was under our wall

paper and behind one of the counters in our kitchen.

Sooner or later we are going to cover those

walls with something….)
